Patient access:  Book online and save time, it is simple, quick and easy.

To be able to book or cancel appointments, order repeat prescriptions, view your health record, and more please opt for patient access.

All that you need to do for this service, is to register with the practice.  Either ask at reception for details or visit patient.info/patientaccess

The practice welcomes new patients who live within the practice area.  The practice boundary includes all patients that have a WA7 postcode. As it often takes some time for records to be forwarded from your former practice all newly registered patients.  You will be asked to attend a new patient medical with the Health Care Assistant to ensure we are aware of your medical conditions upon joining the practice.

Medical treatment is usually available from the date of registration.  Please contact the Care Navigators for further information.
