Cancelled Appointments

The practice currently loses an average of 250 appointment slots per month because patients do not attend their appointments and do not notify us. We are keen to reduce these numbers so that more patients can get an appointment when they need one.

We know that sometimes you need to change or cancel an appointment and you can do this by contacting us on 01928 712061 where you can speak to a Care Navigator or use our automated Patient Partner system. Alternatively you can cancel your appointment on this website.

We operate a strict failed appointment policy - if you are unable to keep an appointment please try to let us know or you may be removed from the practice list
