Patient access:  Book online and save time, it is simple, quick and easy.

To be able to book or cancel appointments, order repeat prescriptions, view your health record, and more please opt for patient access.

All that you need to do for this service, is to register with the practice.  Either ask at reception for details or visit patient.info/patientaccess

Prescription changes

Due to policy changes throughout Runcorn, as of 4th September 2017, you will no longer be able to ask the chemist to order on your behalf.

More information is available within letters sent out to patients (please contact PALS if you have not received your letter - details below) and will be added to this Website.

On-line ordering is being updated to improve patient experience.  If you currently use the website to order please contact reception to ensure you are updated.
