Appointment

GOOD NEWS - You can book appointments to see our clinicians on line using your NHS app.

Patients who contact the surgery will be asked for as much information as possible to allow the Care Navigators to direct the call to the most appropriate service. You will be signposted to the most appropriate service for your needs.

This could be a clinician at the Practice but could also be another more suitable service for the condition you have.

The benefit of this system is that it allows you to access the most appropriate care in the most efficient way.

Phone calls can be taken from 8am each day.

We operate a strict failed appointment policy - if you are unable to keep an appointment please try to let us know or you may be removed from the practice list.

Surgery Access

We offer full access for disabled patients with additional reserved parking.

We can arrange interpretation and translation services in person or by phone for patients who do not speak English. Please let us know if you need this service when booking an appointment

Chaperone Policy

Should you wish a chaperone to be present during your examination please speak with either the clinician or nurse before they begin your consultation.
